"I Hired Hi Tech in spring of 2019 for a repair of my backyard cement work. Kami suggested I replace my cement with pavers instead. His price was so fair, that not only did I hire him to replace my backyard cement, but ALSO repair/waterproof my rear wall AND paint my fire escape as well! I'm so pleased to write that ALL the work Hi Tech did was top-notch & their workers were very respectful and cleaned up very well. Any concerns I had during construction was addressed immediately by Kami, which is HUGE in my book after dealing with other contractors that were not up to par. I would recommend Kami and his workers at Hi Tech Contracting & look forward to using them in the future, because their work raised the value of my home. "When I informed the company about errors in their work they were reluctant to make the changes without further compensation. They did a good job with the installation of my front steps until they got to the top landing where they put in a rough finish. After some discussion that error was corrected. The owner indicated that with the construction of my garden wall there would have weep holes. When I checked the wall when it was almost completed, there were no weep holes. He then tried to rationalize why that was the better option. My rain spout had to be removed so that they could install stucco on the rear of the house. When they placed the spout back on the wall they did not use the brackets to secure it to the wall in fact I found them in my backyard on the ground. I mention to them that the brackets were not installed and was assured that the spout was secure. I held on to the brackets nonetheless. A few months later a piece of aluminum behind the gutter slid partially down between the rain spout and the house wall revealing a gaping hole below the gutter above where the stucco installation ended. I sent a photo with a text message asking for the company rep to come and make the needed repairs. We areanged for a mutually convenient time a few days later. You guessed it, he insisted that their failure to secure the rain spout using the brackets was not the reason why the piece beneath the gutter became dislodged. I told him it never moved before their stucco installation. That's aside from the incomplete stucco work. He wouldn't secure the spout and do the stucco repair unless I paid more money. At that point I considered whether I wanted to start the process to get another contractor to complete their work or pay him more money to finish the repair. He came up with an estimate of how much it would cost to have 2 men doth work. I can assure you that they were not at my home anywhere close to the length of time he specified but I paid what was agreed upon. These are some of the reasons why I wouldn't recommend this company."

I have stone pavers and they were very careful in cutting them and digging Deep enough to establish a good anchor. They even installed railings for my back stoop. I would highly recommend them! Honest and honorable, when they saw I didn't have the tiles I needed (which I thought I could provide before they started work), they gave me a significant break on the original(already extremely reasonable)quote; and still prepared the wall to make future tile installation easy. When the saw a very small area near the area worked on that they thought might need a small patch, (without my asking) they asked me if I'd like them to give it patch it as part of the other work. The worker did a great job within the time they quoted. They found a pipe from upstairs had a small leak, affecting discoloration of the wall they were to paint. Rather than leave their work to be ruined by the ongoing leak, they volunteered (after showing me) to paint up to a point,and make arrangements to come back after I can get management to fix the leak from upstairs. They're honest, hardworking and honorable workers;a pleasure to work with."
