I do this work myself, with help of a couple employees when needed due to my meticulous and handy craftsmanship and constant need of getting the work done quickly without losing accuracy or workmanship. Our company Employs 19 people and 8 different sub-contractors.. Billing is set such that, half the cost of the project is provided up front and the remainder is paid upon completion
