I had several "flat roof experts" come look at the job and walk away. Bill (the son) didn't even blink. He immediately gave us the confidence needed to know these guys are the real deal. They took two layers of tar & gravel roof off my house and installed a high tech membrane and insulation. They had to drop the old roof down to the ground then hump it up the stairs into the dumpster. They came with 9 guys, Antonio was the crew chief. The nicest guys. And when they left, my property looked clean, without a single shrub or flower out of place. And the new roof is beautiful. Bill (the father) was here to supervise and really added to our confidence and satisfaction. I don't write a lot of reviews, but these guys deserve the shout out."

"The new owner of this vacant mixed-use building planned a complete interior renovation. Although the roof was not the most visible part of the project, it was replaced first so new framing, mechanical work, and finishes would not be installed beneath an unreliable assembly. The old modified-bitumen roof contained numerous patched curbs from previous tenants. Mechanical plans were reviewed before demolition. Curbs that would not be reused were removed and infilled, while locations for future equipment were coordinated with the roof layout.
