Because of our project we knew, up front, there would be some delay. He gave us a fair price and installation date. Through no fault of his there were some delays which did not surprise us. "Ivan and Roman did an absolutely amazing job with the lighting for my apartment. They installed a chandalier in the hallway, a nice lighting fixture and a dimmer switch in the bedroom, and a ceiling fan in the dining room. I was really happy when they told me that they would be able to install the dimmer in my bedroom, something that my grandmother's handyman had told me previously (without even looking at the wiring in the bedroom) would not be possible due to my building's old wiring. When Ivan and Roman were finished with each installation, they asked me if it was to my liking before moving onto the next one and if I wanted something changed a little (ex. the height of the chandelier) they were glad to do so. He ran an external line from an existing outlet to create a new one in a convenient spot for my husband's TV/audio/video set up, and then across a window and radiator and into the wall to a new light fixture, controlled by a switch/outlet combo. The work was meticulous -- this whole elaborate setup is nearly invisible.
