He gave me a detailed description about how he would fill the cracks on my floor, the materials he would use and why, the process he would take to get the job done and made me feel totally comfortable about choosing his company. He showed up on time with two employees and got started. His two people, DJ and Lance were very professional and a pleasure to work with. It was obvious from the start that they were skilled at would they did. They were not the usual workers you get these days that just want to get the job done and move on. It was evident that they both truly took great pride in their work and wanted to do a perfect job, which they achieved. "***POOR QUALITY & NO FOLLOW THROUGH ON PROMISE*** I spent $6,000 on May 1st 2022 to have my lanai room concrete floor resurfaced by "The Resurfacing Company" and wish I hadn't. I had 3 quotes from 3 companies $1,800, $2,400, and $6,000. Rodd the owner sold me on his decades of experience given I was about to spend approximately 3 times what the other companies quoted. The job was completed on 5/1/22. At the time, Rodd said to me that he wanted to add another coat of sealer to the floor because the original one he applied wasn't enough and that he would do it in the fall of 2022 when it's cooler. I didn't like that but took him for his word because he's charismatic. By 5/21/22 there were numerous spots where the sealer/coating were rubbing off. I put a pair of rubber soled boots on the floor and within 24 hours there were numerous spots where it pulled the sealer and coating right off and we now have white spots. Furthermore, I got a new grill in March 2023 and the rubber wheels easily create numerous spots on the floor and it looks super bad. On top of that, there is a crack that is approximately 8 inches long that has appeared which isn't supposed to happen. We have been so stressed with the floor, and we take every single precaution to ensure no further damage is done. We put skid pads on all the furniture, we never power wash, but that doesn't matter due to the poor quality of the work. It's clear that Rodd's instinct was correct that it needed another coat of sealer. I've been contacting him ever since October 2022 via many texts, and he gives every excuse in the book on why he won't follow through on his word to add the extra coat of sealer or repair the damaged spots. The favorite excuse he uses is he has a "commercial job" that he's been working on for several months. I don't expect perfection, but for $6,000 I do expect the floor to hold up as promised. I expect a company to keep their word. Sadly, this company doesn't do that."

"Mr. Diamond came a day late for the quote. I gave him full payment expecting him do come the following Saturday while I was out of town. I called him to see how it was going and he told me it was raining here would do it the next Thursday. Then he said the same excuse and on and on. It's been 2 in a half weeks and still no roof finished. He sent a crew Friday and they left a half poorly done job. Now Mr. Diamond will not take my calls again. I tried to get my money back a week ago but he refused. I have given him more than the benefit of the doubt. With all the storms please be aware of this when you choose your contractor."
