"First, let me just say we are real customers. We live in Savannah, GA. and are getting a complete rear yard makeover that includes a 26 Ft. pool, spa and landscaping. Mr. Parker Coleman of Local Roots and his team are handling hardscape, pavers and excavating and leveling our rear yard. Unfortunately the builder didn’t do a good job. Parker leveled the yard personally and dropped a drain to help with proper drainage. Parker is a hands on owner operator who says what he does and does what he says. Parker is very reliable and honest. The employee that handles the majority of the hardscape and paver work is an artist. Very skillful paying strict attention to detail. Jeff and Trey are great too! I would recommend Local Roots to anyone needing yard design, hardscape and paver work and I’m presently looking around for other jobs they might do at our home. Cant say enough good things about them. Forever thankful."

Small jobs that I can do by myself. Carpentry home repairs . Licensed, insured, I have been in business since 1994 I can give estimates. I prefer to be paid by the hour. I don't mark up materials.

"We would give zero (0) stars if that was available. We were extremely frustrated and disappointed with Tyler Prowell/Prowell Construction and now appear to be out over $16,000.00. We hired Tyler Prowell/Prowell Construction for a backyard project and ran into numerous issues. We paid a partial deposit of over $27,000.00 in August 2022 for upfront costs and project materials and work started October 2022. A privacy fence was built, our backyard and patio were excavated, and a drain pipe was installed between October 2022 and January 2023. So after 15 months of limited to no progress, limited communication, and a variety of excuses; we had to terminate the contract in January 2024. Upon termination, Tyler Prowell/Prowell Construction stated via email that he would begin the process of returning the over $16,000.00 balance due for work that we paid to have done but he never completed. We have not received any of the remaining $16,000.00 to date. We have attempted numerous times to contact Tyler Prowell/Prowell Construction, along with our attorneys, but he has not responded to any form of communication. We now have to hire a different contractor to repair the damage to our backyard and complete the project."

If it is a larger job than I would take on alone, I do not have employees (for that reason), but do have preferred and reputable sub contractors in which I can work with. You will receive one price, contract, and all work is guaranteed. I accept all major credit cards, third party billing such as an insurance company, and personal checks are negotiable.
