No of this happened with me, all I got was a $200 bill for brushes off debris to ensure connection. Said there was before and after photos .. none. After speaking with Mervin he stated it would have been better to replace instead of clean. So why not offer than instead of “brushing” debris and then wanting to charge me for replacement? Now Leslie is texting me saying Mervin still hasn’t be able to contact me. So disorganized and classic used car salesman tactic."
