"Our siding was blown off during the December 2021 horrible wind storm. We tried unsuccessfully to reattach around 4 pieces of siding several times. After the third time we decided to let a professional do the job. Brandon and Heritage Builders took care of our siding problem so quickly and professionally. The communication was excellent, the workmanship was skillful, and the timeliness was quick. We will definitely be using them in the future."

We are a member and on the board of directors of the Kansas Small Flows Assoc. We are also members of NOWRA, the National Onsite Wastewater Recycling Assoc. We have also completed over 100 Hours of Continuing Education Classes in the Onsite Industry including classes on Operation and Maintenance, Drip Irrigation Systems, Bottomless Sand Filter Systems, and Mound Systems; as well as Conventional Lateral Systems.

"Rusty did a new driveway for us in May 2022 and within months there were already massive cracks. A friend of mine that does construction took a look at it and said that cracks should never go through a control joint but one of my cracks is 20+ feet long and goes through 3 different control joints! I spoke to Rusty on the phone in September and he said he would come out to inspect within a week. I waited 2 weeks and when he didnt show up I called again and left a voicemail. He did not return my call so I called again a couple weeks later and again left a voicemail but again he didn't return my call. Just called again today and left another voicemail. I rarely leave negative reviews but I dont know know what else to do to get his attention so hopefully he responds to this review and resolves this situation. Else this should be a warning to others about his quality and customer service. More than happy to amend this review if I ever hear from Rusty."
