"Andrew Pearson showed up to give me a free quote on a furnace vent replacement. I was blown away that the company sent me a photo of the guy before he showed up. I think more companies should be doing that. I also asked Andrew for a quote on a new roof as I suspected I'd need one in the next few years. He confirmed my suspicions and provided the quote, even though I told him I likely wasn't going forward with that for a couple years. I just needed to know what to budget for. He was very helpful. A couple weeks later Brad Bartlett showed up to do the work. He handled it fairly quickly and sent photos of his progress as he went. He let me know to call if I had any issues and he would come back to fix them. So far it's all looking great. No leaks and the furnace doesn't vent into my garage anymore. I'm very happy with the work done."

"Two years ago this company installed several replacement windows for us. Because of their excellent work and product we contacted them again to do another job for us. Todd, the owner/salesman, is easy to talk with and is very knowledgeable concerning replacement doors and windows. He discussed with us the pros and cons of the different patio doors. He was at the job location several times to be sure supplies were delivered (or delivered himself) and that the work was progressing well. After the windows were installed we decided to move one . "I'm very happy with it. When I had my windows done throughout the house, I had one that cracked and they told me they would repair that when they put the garden window in and they did not do that. Some of the insulation that they put around the window is coming out and they were suppose to replace that, or at least bring it to me so that I could replace it and they did not do that. When I first decided on the garden window I thought I would pay it off monthly and they ran it through some company called GreenSky and meanwhile I changed my mind and decided to pay it off and get it over with and I still to this day get statements from GreenSky. I have called Bee window and the person has not called me back to call them and cancel that. I realize it might be already in the system and that may be why I may be getting a bill. I don't like it that I keep getting late charges. I don't own GreenSky a penny and I called and cancelled with them, but they want to hear from Bee window that the contract was cancelled and paid in full.  <br /> Some people might think it's nit picking about the cracked window and the insulation coming out from the windows. But when you pay a decent price for something, you expect it to do it's job.  <br />"

"We contacted Coors for a quote on a new front French door. Scott came out within a week to take a look at the door we were hoping to replace. I was very impressed that he took the entire trim off my existing door to get an accurate measurement for the new door. He provided us with a quote for the new door within the week and kept in great contact with us while the door was ordered. When they installed the new door, they did a fantastic job and even took the extra time and effort to match the trim stain exactly. We couldn't of asked for a better end result! He took great care to keep the area clean during construction even laying cardboard down from the bathroom to the back door to protect the flooring. I am very pleased with the new shower. It looks great and is very functional from the ease of entering to the new shower head and controller. As silly as it sounds, I now look forward to showering."
