After phone calls and messages a note was left on my door explaining how I can fix the problem that was THEIR mistake. Seriously?! There is no such thing as customer satisfaction here! We shall see if I receive a refund."

Even worse, they won’t commit to a new date - saying they have no idea when they can get it here. My calls with them are all words - no action or real support. They were very prompt at taking our cash up front - I wish they were even close to that diligent in delivering their services. Truly - they are the weak link on our move adding so much stress as we sit in our new home with nothing here, and having ti buy stuff everyday just to stay here."
