"I’m a small time landlord with several properties and have been using Hedgehog Home Services for about a year and a half. They do great work and have dealt fairly with me since day one. I would highly recommend them. Some of the projects they’ve done for me include: • Tearing down and replacement of a wooden fence. • Repairing a section of a second floor roof eave. Several rafters, along with the associated plywood and fascia boards had developed dry rot and needed replacement. • Replacing the corrugated vinyl roofing on a patio porch cover. • Installing a new slide in stove. This involved cutting out some of the kitchen countertop and ‘bumping out’ a breakfast bar support wall several inches. • Replace rotten deck boarding and painting the new boards. • Construct new supports for stairs leading up to a deck. The existing supports were getting wobbly and needed some added reinforcement. • Cleaning of gutters. • Application of moss killer to roofs to prevent growth of moss. • Inspection of attics and crawlspaces for any water or mold issues. • Repair a leaky sink drain. This involved taking apart the p-trap and replacing a bad washer."
