"527 Floors and more did an incredible job tearing out old flooring that was poorly installed and putting in new luxury vinyl flooring fo me. He also replaced the staid and used a strip that should assist with damage from tenants bouncing furniture down. I’ve already referred his company to a friend, and will be using him again next month on another job!"

"We recently had Tony and the team at FootPrints refinish our existing hardwood floors and install new hardwood in additional areas of our home, and we couldn’t be happier with the results. From start to finish, Tony’s communication was outstanding. He kept us informed throughout the entire process, answered all of our questions promptly, and made sure everything was completed exactly as promised. The work from the FootPrints team was exceptional. The refinished floors look beautiful, and the new hardwood blends seamlessly with the existing flooring. The entire team was professional, courteous, and clearly takes pride in their work. We are extremely pleased with how everything turned out and would highly recommend FootPrints to anyone looking for hardwood floor installation or refinishing services. Thank you, Tony and team, for a job well done!"

"We have a 1946 cottage we are remodeling. Home was a rental for years. Hardwoods have never been refinished. Covered with carpet for the last several years. Didn't look good. Now they look like brand new flooring. Absolutely beautiful. Quality and Service from J&B exceeded expectations!"

"Eugene and his team were very professional and did a great job with my kitchen floor. During the demo part, they ran into some unplanned issues with the flooring, and then later with the tile itself but they always made it work or suggested the best options to move forward. The job was completed on time and the finished floors looks great."

"The entire team at Modern Flooring Services was incredibly professional! We appreciate how responsive they were and how smooth the process was with them. We had a very tight timeline after closing on our house to get the new floors installed before we moved. And they finished installation a day early! They were great, making sure that we knew exactly what to expect, what was possible, and communicated what they needed to correct certain issues that they ran into after demolition. And the floors far exceeded our expectations. Our house looks so beautiful and we would recommend Modern Flooring to everyone! Thank you guys!"
