Spagnoli not only did an amazing job with the work, but they were communicative, kind, and generous throughout. We had them work on our floors in two rounds, and when they were in the house for the second round, they said the floors they had done on the first round didn't look as good as they thought they should, so they added another layer of finish at no extra cost. "They were able to turnaround the work quickly from initial discussion, which took place on a Friday. Confirmation of work on Monday and actual project work on Tuesday. They fully completed repair and refinishing of 1 room in 1 day and the floor has never looked better. They replaced multiple broken boards, sanded the entire floor, restained the entire floor and cleaned up behind themselves. This was a great, quick, high quality project at a reasonable price."
