Paul was very responsive to our inquiries before, during and after the project. He was very knowledgeable about the products/materials we were considering for the project and had suggestions for the design as well. The onsite project person, Michael, was also very cordial, knowledgeable and responsive. He took the initiative to correct issues that were not immediately apparent when the project started. Our project was to remove and replace front porch decking and rail and to replace a rotting corner post. The corner post was part of the support for the house roof. Once the project started, it was completed very efficiently, and communication was very good when changes to the schedule did come up. We are very, very happy with the completed project and have received complements from various people just walking by! The job was done top notch, the sidewalk and steps are great and it’s a pleasure to drive into the garage without having an issue with the sunken apron. I did have one question which was the holes they drilled to raise the areas are quite dark and I was it sure if they would “cure” to a lighter color or not. Greg was quick to respond to my question with a “usually they do”. They also caulked the gaps."
