"Brian was great. Very responsive, answering calls after hours and also trying to be as flexible as possible to make sure our schedules aligned and he could get the work done as soon as possible. When he got there he was very knowledgeable, took a look and explained to me what was going on. There was a problem with the side cables as well as the overall spring tension. He did a general inspection of the main door as well as the smaller 3rd car door. Also caught a couple other smaller issues that he fixed along the way without any expensive add ons. Before wrapping up he also touched up both doors to ensure proper operation and movement. Great job overall, will be calling him for any other garage door needs in the future."

"CHI did an exceptional job replacing windows and a storm door. The cluster of 7 windows is in a brick-cladded wall, with curved oak trim on the interior. The result is beautiful--the new trim matches perfectly. What most impressed us was how careful and thorough everyone was. The crew worked together to come up with the best way to handle problems. For example, the storm door hardware didn't fit right, so they came back an extra morning to modify the wood framing. Overall, they did what was needed to get a good result."

"Exceptional. I had a company install a new Covered gutter over my garage back in 2008. The cover was too high, so the water never reached the gutter and it just pooled. I was unaware until the side of the garage started rotting. I had that repaired and had the cover removed from the gutter. Well I decided that it’s not safe for me to climb ladders anymore so I called Lindus to install Leafgard. They replaced more of the rotten wood underneath the old gutter, sealed up the area and installed the gutter at no extra charge. I had Lindus install Leafgard on the rest of our house 30 years ago.
