"The first unit was delivered in a timely manner. However, the carrier did not adhere to the shippers warnings about product fragility and the unit was received in a damaged state. The unit was sent back to Classic Copperworks for repair.  The repair was treated as a priority by Mr. Threadgill, who had the unit shipped back to me in three weeks. It arrived in good condition that time. <br /> Mr Threadgill was very helpful in providing support in order to finish our project. He even had a caulking product sent to us in order to help with flashing the unit. That meant alot. <br /> I am not a professional contractor, but was able to install the unit myself with his support. However, my profession does provide me the opportunity to serve the public and as such, I feel that I am more than qualified in commenting on good service. While Classic Copperworks may not be the cheapest provider of goods and services, they stand behind their product and provide great support. "Three men arrive on time and discussed color options with me.  We chose a medium brown that coordinated with alder doors in adjacent rooms.  They scraped, sanded and smoothed the door, which has two full length windows along side the door, and then applied 3 layers of the stain and covering varnish to protect from the elements.  It looks wonderful and the painters were great to work with.  They just wanted to give me the door I wanted.  They were prompt, protected all the furniture and walls around the door, arrived when they said they would and finished as promised.  I would definitely recommend this company."
