"The person who scheduled my appointment was very nice. The employee who came to my home was great -- he looked at the ceiling stain and then got on my roof to check all of the vents. He could not find a problem with any of the vents, but readily agreed to do a "water test" (take a hose up and run water on the vent area) when I requested it. While the water was running he checked the overall condition of my roof and gutters -- even pulled several handfuls of gunk out of the gutters. He was very thorough and nice about answering my many questions. The water test did not change the ceiling stain and he recommended I talk to a plumber regarding a possible plumbing problem. He didn't charge me as he said that he hadn't fixed anything -- but I felt very reassured having had the roof checked. Will definitely use Tesson in the future!"

Chris came out to talk with us, listening to our desires and advising us. He provided us with his bid in a very timely manner. We were kept informed with each step--when the materials would be delivered and when the work would start. The crew did an excellent job removing the old roofing, installing the new and cleaning up. The job was completed in 2 days. Chris came back after the work was completed to check on things and see that we were completely satisfied. There were a couple of things to get wrapped up and Chris continued to check in until everything was complete.
