"Our roof was at least 15 year old and it had been over 5 years since our last inspection so we had Richard come out and see if any work was indicated. He came out quickly inspected our roof and said that we had no damage and reassured us that we likely had another 5 years on our roof. We greatly appreciated his honesty! Will definitely have him back."

"Ashe & Winkler Restoratiion came to my home and reviewed the various options for roof replacement materials and made recommendations based upon my criteria. I opted for an upgraded Timberline Ultra HD asphalt roofing shingle by GAF along with installation of a roof ridge vent. In addition, I asked for a separate bid for replacing the house gutters. Their team provided me with all the necessary information with no pressure to make a decision. I did take my time and received bids from other roofing companies but none of them provided me with the level of detail in both the materials to be used as well as the bid itself. The crew that installed the ridge vent and re-shingled the roof were thorough and did a good job of cleanup with only minimal damage to my front yard shrubbery. Ashe & Winkler followed up with me in-person to review how the installation went and provide me with guidance on what to do in the event that there were any future problems. The crew that replaced the gutters were just as efficient and thorough. They were extremely thorough about cleanup and I found no damage to my lawn or landscape. Overall, it was a great experience work with Ashe & Winkler. Although they were not the lowest bid, I was extremely satisfied with their no-pressure approach, their level of detail in their bid, the quality of their materials, and their method of installation. You get what you pay for, and I definitely think these guys are worth every penny!"

"Matt was very helpful as we debated between metal and shingle roofs. We decided to go with shingles as we do not expect to stay in the house long enough to make the cost worthwhile. This is unfortunate as metal has many benefits but does not get the credit it deserves when selling.
The crew came early morning and worked into evening to get the job done quickly. They were very polite and respectful of people and property. The property was cleaned after the job done.
Overall, we are very happy with Tesson Roofing and would recommend them to our friends.

"I had had a piece of roof facia edge tore away in a big storm in April. I had our roofing company come out to replace it and was assured it would hold. 8 weeks later the same piece tore away in a windstorm again. The roofing company said if they put it up again, it would be the same price and would be put up the same way. I called Triton Exteriors who agreed to to replace it for about the same price and so far it has held up through a couple of strong storms. The installer said the previous piece was not cut and secured properly. Thank you Triton for your excellent service."

"I called Coldstream after a hail storm damaged the roof of our commerical building. Part of the roof is flat but there are 3 corner towers which are two stories high and pitched shingle roof lines. First contact with Coldstream was Julie. Very professional and quick to respond. she took the information and arranged for project manager, Ricky, to inspect the damage. Ricky sent me multiple pictures showing the damage to shingled part of roof. He was also honest and up front that the flat part of the roof was not damaged. He did an excellent job picking a comparable color of shingle as the original color was discontinued. Ricky kept in communication when install crew would arrive. Crew arrived, made the install and left the ground around the building very clean and undisturbed. Even my 3 retail tenants were happy with the installation. Highly recommend Coldstream for their excellent work, professionalism, and honesty."

"After researching many brands of shingles and numerous roofing contractors, we reached out to a few for bids on our roofing job. In our estimation, Coldstream Exteriors and our Project Manager, Brian, were far and away the most professional and informative of the four contractors that we considered. Brian took his time to explain our options, discuss the pros and cons of two featured shingle brands, and recommended a solution to my concern of inadequate intake ventilation in our attic with a hip roof with no soffit. Nobody else suggested that we consider edge vents to bring in more fresh air at the lower edge of the roof. I had a lot of questions about the materials, the venting and warranties and Brian responded to my numerous emails promptly. The installation crew arrived early in the morning and went to work right away. Brian was on site a number of times during the day to make sure that everything was proceeding well and was meeting my expectations. The crew worked efficiently and the entire roof, along with a very thorough clean-up, was completed by mid-afternoon. Although the bid from Coldstream Exteriors was not the least expensive that we received, it was very reasonable and we are quite pleased with the finished product. Our new shingles look great and we expect them to last for at least 30 years, which is longer than we expect to be in our home. We will likely be doing more exterior improvements next year and will certainly be looking to Coldstream Exteriors to replace our facia, siding and gutters. We highly recommend Coldstream Exteriors for roof replacement."

"Great communication. Shingle repair done quickly. Would highly recommend them."

"Just wanted to post about my experience with H and F Exteriors. I was referred this company when the Midwest March hailstorm impacted so many people. Jill, the Project Manager, reached out to me to get me scheduled in a timely manner during the busiest time. She made it happen! She reviewed the exterior of the house and got up on the roof and inspecting and documenting everything. She even pointed out some things just for the general health of my gutters and foundation. On our next meeting we reviewed the options for the roof, upgraded fascia, and damaged gutters. I went with black shingles, new black fascia, gutters, and guards to minimize gutter cleaning and maintenance. The company provided a group message with Jill and others to keep me up to date on all the behind the scenes. This involved (insurance, materials, and production teams) who were in constant communication. We picked a date for the new roof and shortly after gutter replacement. The crews of H and F are extremely hard working and finished my roof in a day ..day and a half tops. The gutter job was booked shortly after and completed in half a day if even. I couldnâ t believe it as this season is extremely hot as well. The team ensured any construction debris and nails were cleaned up and removed running magnets up to 3x throughout the process. Thank you for taking care of me and for Jill who went above and beyond. These upgrades have also helped slowing down the traffic on my street as my house stands out in the best way ;) haha but truly ..The house looks like a more upgraded craftsman now. Thank you!"
