"I hired permajack due to a recommendation from my concrete guy. My foundation was sinking all around the perimeter. They offered a permanent solution and delivered. This was not a fun purchase but it was very necessary. Foundation repair is expensive, so Im pleased that these guys were on time, experienced and pleasant to work with. They cleaned up after themselves and the President of the company called me to follow up to make sure everything was delivered as promised. I highly recommend them. "The company had a person in the area and sent him to give a a diagnosis of the problem with our sump pump and an estimate of the cost to fix it. This was 2 days ahead of the scheduled appointment. However we got a cheaper estimate from a company we have done business with before."

"They did get the job done. Problem was 2 weeks ago it was clogged with "flushable" wipes and yesterday another wad of wipes. I literally stopped using them before ever calling the plumbers realizing they were the issue. He fixed the clog free this time but insinuated the idea that it was my fault. Unless they got stuck in the pipes on the way to the basement not my fault for the second time. Unsure about hiring again."
