We?ve asked for a refund on the project since we had to hire a different contractor to make our house right, and was told good luck. Do not trust this so called company that doesn?t do business as they should. Very unethical at their way of handling situations and doing the right thing for their customers. The paint selection represented a significant color change and while other contractors were quoting one coat, Willard convinced me two were needed and he was right. The difference in quality comparing the previous paint job (I contracted it 10 years ago) to Personal Touch Contractors was significant. Extremely satisfied with the quality of work, the responsiveness to my needs, and the price. I almost didn't award the job to Personal Touch because I thought there quote was too low.
