"Ken drew up plans for a new, bigger and better deck. He had to change the plans a couple of time because of the way to ground was or there was a problem with the house itself. If he wasn't happy with how it looked, he kept at it until it was perfect. If we didn't like how something was looking, it did not bother him at all to redo. He even took the time to explain and/or teach us why he was doing something. His helpers were fun to have around and worked hard while they were here and were very clean even for a construction site.
