Communication was excellent from sales through installation and beyond! They were very patient and thorough with all my questions. I very highly recommend this company. "Very unsatisfied when calling for service it went to answering service, was told someone would call back shortly, after 2 hours I called back, got the answering service, was told someone would call back and did get a call 20 minutes later. Told them I was having problems with water heater only having warm water. Water heater was 12 years old and serviceman said lower element burned out and expansion tank was not working. Quoted $2000 to repair. Didn't know how long heater would last and suggested new one. I agreed. Water runs through geothermal furnace. Took about 5 hours to change out because he had to wait for someone to bring new heater. He forgot to close something before turning water back on and got water on the floor. 2 days later I went to basement to get serial number from heater and there was water all over the floor. No reason to touch geothermal unit. Drain from humidifier was disconnected. Took couple of days to talk to anyone from company. "
