His estimate was in line with others we got, not too high or low. He provided his license and insurance documents. There were some additions I requested to be made to my contract and Mario took care of those quickly. He and his crew arrived daily at the time they said and worked full days. The crew were courteous and kept the area clean during the whole paint job. Also, Mario was at the job frequently to supervise. The pressure cleaning, repair, priming, and paint job are excellent. The worker came with only a 4ft ladder and needed to chop my hedges in the middle to make a path because the ladder was not tall enough! Are you kidding me??
