"The quality of work was acceptable in that the pavers look good. But there was no particular emphasis on quality control. Several weeks later we are still trying to get our pool to recover from all of the dirt, sand and grunge sprayed into the pool. While the Paver Protetor's agreement specifically rejects liability for damage to landscape, there was virtually no effort to mitigate or limit the damage to landscaping outside of the lanai screen. As a result we have lost considerable landscaping. Finally, the caustic material was cleaned in our yard causing loss of considerable grass that had to be replaced. Paver Protectors needs to let potential customers know exactly what precautions it will take to mitigate damage and what steps the owner may take to mitigate damage. It is truly a question of full disclosure."

From my initial meeting with Kevin & throughout the resurfacing process it has been very positive. Kevin is straight forward, provides helpful recommendations & gave a competitive estimate at our initial meeting. The 3 Bluewater Teams (prep, install & 30 day pool water maintenance) did high quality work, good clean up & answered my questions with a smile. Kevin was engaged in all stages to ensure the work met his standards. In addition to the pool resurfacing, pool light/skimmer replacements + a 5x6’ bench seat was added. The bench seat was made as planned & looks like original equipment. Nice work. I highly recommend Kevin & the Bluewater Team. "These guys are awesome! From the initial meeting that my husband had and selected the pavers (excellent recommendation!) to the final product was ALL top notch. These guys worked SO HARD and made sure everything was perfect. We just stood and stared in amazement when they were putting the pavers down. I cannot recommend this company enough. We have strangers stop at our driveway and say how beautiful it is. The pictures show before, during, and after. We had a concrete driveway that was stained and broken. ""I had a disappointing experience with Gulf Breeze Enterprises when I hired John & Janet Hartranft to resurface my pool. Unfortunately, during the process, my pool and light were damaged. What made matters worse was that I had already paid them in full. When I approached them about the damage, they gave me an unsatisfactory response, likening it to not being able to predict when your car breaks down and essentially disavowing responsibility for the pool light. In an effort to motivate them to address the issue, I had to resort to a stop payment on the last check. This experience left me deeply dissatisfied with Gulf Breeze Enterprises. It's disheartening to deal with a company that doesn't stand behind their work and isn't willing to take responsibility for the damage they caused. I would strongly advise against using Gulf Breeze Enterprises if you value a company that stands by its work and takes responsibility for any issues that arise.""
