"Daniel the salesman was professional and courteous. He gave a projected timeframe for our fence installation but that it could change due to weather and material. My main complaint was with the office. They were with terrible in communicating any delays to us. The saving grace was the installation team (Ryan and crew - 5 stars) their work was top notch. We have small dogs, and they took the time to make sure there were no opening's that our dogs could get out. They were able to start and finish up the same day. Our fence looks awesome and have gotten compliments from several of our neighbors. Great job......."

End of September there is a problem with gate latch. Now phone calls have not been returned, gate latch not fixed, my rating of this company has dropped due to lack of response and follow up."

"We recently used Bulldog Fence for a custom weld application to replace the original entry gate on our house. The final product turned out beautiful and the entire Bulldog team was great to work with. Brian and Anthony came out several times to take precise measurements and discuss the type of gate we were looking for. They submitted several designs for us to choose from, all custom. They explained the manufacturing process and were very helpful in choosing the final powder coating color and finish. We were impressed by their knowledge of the product and their attention to detail during the manufacturing and installation process. "Installers were wonderful. Great job, showed up when they said and completed the work on time. Final product is GREAT!! So pleased. My only disappointment was with the sales managers. Lack of responsiveness, not good at answering questions and her general communications were poor. I needed to keep following up and tracking her. But all other dealings with the company was excellent. The quality of the construction, materials, and professionalism of the engineers and installers was so good; all in all I would still recommend them for the final product."

"This is a long overdue review. Ross Services did a lot of work in my backyard, assisting with a backyard remodel. They expanded my current paver area in my backyard. They built a raised platform along the length of my pool for a nice sitting area. They installed three sheer descents into this area that spill into my pool. They resurfaced my pool. They poured cement footing for a screen enclosure I put into part of my backyard. The area of paver was more than 2,000 sqft. They did the entire job in one week! 6 consecutive days, working from 7am to 7pm. The foreman, Milton, was the best foreman I've ever worked with. He was super knowledgeable, friendly and worked with us. We even changed part of the project midway through and they were extremely accommodating and didn't add onto the time it took to finish the project. They were so good and quick and professional, I've since hired them twice more for different projects in my house."
