"I got 3 quotes for a small leak in my roof. Jan at Exterior Home Experts was the most expensive BUT heâ  s the only one who actually went up onto the roof to look for the cause of the leak and identified several other areas up there that had the beginnings of the same problem. He showed me photos of what was going on up there and quoted me to fix all of them (including replacement of any plywood if necessary once he pulled the shingles off). His quote was double the other quotes I received but because heâ  s the only one who was basing the quote on the actual damage he saw AND it included multiple repairs rather than just the one spot it seemed like a better deal. Another thing that gave me a good feeling about this company is he didnâ  t try to sell me a new roof.
