I went through Angi and received a call from Matthew B, owner with Ace Carpet Cleaning and Water Restoration. I explained what I needed and Matthew said that he could get to it the same day. This is just what I was hoping for. Matthew was very helpful and friendly. Later that day Travis showed up to do the stretching for Ace Carpet Cleaning and he was absolutely fantastic. He was extremely professional, very personal, likeable, and worked hard. He did an outstanding job cleaning the carpet. I am not sure how old the carpet is in this house but it is at least 35 to 40 yrs old. I could not believe how clean Travis was able to get the carpet. My wife and I were amazed. It was a great experience with Ace Carpet Cleaning but even more so meeting Travis."

"The gentleman called when he was about 15 minutes away. He cleaned the carpet and removed all stains. My kids blocked the bathroom sink why running water which drained into the hallway carpet. The gentleman did a great job in sucking all that water. After finishing cleaning he helped fix my vacuum cleaner which I was about to discard because it was not functioning properly. Very good family owned company. I will always use them until they choose to retire."

"I have dog stains, and you know how hard that can be. He did a good. One of the stains was from where the dog got a gallon a syrup from the pantry, and the syrup spilled on the carpet. That stain was on the carpet for over 3 years. He removed the stain entirely! I'm looking at it right now and it's gone! He made it disappear. He even removed the dog stains! When he was done cleaning, the stains were gone. There are now light shadows of the stains, but if anyone walked in, they wouldn't even know that they were there. It's flat out amazing. It will take a few treatments to get it all gone. It was amazing what he did. It's been a year plus since he did the cleaning and it still looks great!"
