"I assumed the $79 price to clean dryer vent was a bait and switch, nut wow, $79 to $399. That is quite a loaded labor rate for a tech to stick a hose in the wall and suck lent out. He may have been there 30 minutes. I am more mad at myself for falling for it."

"I called Sonart construction to give me a bid remodeling a kitchen. I spoke to the project manager Ziv and he was very professional I then set up an in office meeting with Ziv we discussed our options and I was very pleased with how we all worked together with different ideas and we all came with the best kitchen design hat suits my needs and wants. "Saturday afternoon and I realized my home was not cool. The thermostat was 83 and climbing. I was able to contact A-Anderson HVAC and electrical. They were at my house in less than an hour and less than an hour later my AC was cooling. Dylan stayed long enough to check the air temperature coming out of the vents. He was very friendly, thorough, knowledgeable . Everyone from phone to personal service was great. The price was also in my expected range. I highly recommend this company."

"would not recommend this company. After they cleaned my AC, the technician seemed visibly panicked, and shortly after he left, my AC completely stopped working. I contacted the company right away. They said they would reach out to the technician, but no one has followed up. I also tried contacting the technician myself with no response. It has now been two days without AC and no communication from the company. Extremely disappointing service and lack of accountability."
