"We hired Urban Oasis a few years ago to build an open pavilion and outdoor kitchen with a fireplace in our backyard. Carl was easy to work with, and ensured we were 100% happy with the results. It was an easy decision to hire him again when we were ready to enclose the kitchen. He recommended aluminum shutters, and we could not be happier with not only the way they turned out, but the service from Urban Oasis as a whole. Once again, Carl and his team were prompt, responsive, and did not leave the site until confirming we were 100% happy with the work. The project was completed in the exact time frame that we were quoted. The attention to detail in the build also exceeded our expectations. Even though the shutters were added years after our original build, they look as though they were a part of the original design. "Poor quality workmanship. Shower tiles are uneven with jagged edges. Many chipped tiles, holes in grout. Shower head is shorter than my 14 year old son. Grout and caulking mess left everywhere with no cleanup. Wall texture by the shower is ruined due to over-caulking. Now they are refusing to come back to do it right. I will never use Home Depot or Statewide for remodeling again. No pride in workmanship, no responsibility, lies, just take your money and run. Shameful."
