"Work was done in 2014. The siding had cracks replicating vertically at seams on parallel panels starting around 2021 and more Increased this year. Reaching the two years for further fix, warranty, and resolution and no response despite 20+ year product warranty and a workmanship guarantee from AMazing exteriors. Have contacted the offfice, repeatedly sent to warranty voicemail texted owner on his phone he answered until 2023, and emailed owner in repeat, and no call back or resolution the past two years. Reached a Facebook Chat and woman said she would Schedule A walk through on Monday, but no one has responded, reached out, and once again non action this week. Appauled. Two years is not decent to customer or for customer service, business integrity To a contract and warranty, extends no respect ignoring a ciatomer 2 years, and not even legal practice to not respond to warranty needed work. Work with a warranty responsibility. "

NTP was founded by two guys that saw the need for a construction and roofing contractor who would be different. This company is called to serve God first, then serve people. There is no “Plan B.” Their belief is that people are looking for a contractor that will be absolutely honest, upfront, and good stewards of the projects with which they are entrusted. They have found that living these beliefs daily, and practicing them even when it’s difficult, has proven to build lasting relationships with some great people. They have also found that these principles produce return customers, many times over.\n \nWe all live in a time where customer service is minimal. It is no secret that many contractors exist today to serve themselves and only to make money; however, contractors that exist to serve, educate, and include their customers are rare and should be highly valued. \n \nHow do we do it? NTP has value in educating and advising their customers for the best products and value on their projects. They do this by staying up to date with the latest requirements and codes, newest products, competitive pricing, and warranties. Satisfaction is able to be guaranteed by setting reasonable expectations and communicating them clearly.\n \nOur hope at NTP is that through your own experience with us, we prove that we are that highly valued contractor. Don’t take our word for it, let us know how we can serve you!\n \nTomorrow is the result of what we do today. Serving others is not only for us at NTP. We provide opportunities for our customers to partner with us in serving those less fortunate. A portion of every project is earmarked to reinvest in our community and to help continue to serve others. By serving others today, we can impact tomorrow. The most exciting and fulfilling part of our job is to see these partnerships with our customers become a reality.\n \nWe personally oversee all production and personnel in many different residential and commercial projects. This includes re-roofs, roofing repairs, remodels, additions, tenant finish-outs, make-readies, and more. Our experience is diverse, and ranges from production installs to small home repairs.\n \nWe take great care in scheduling each job and all trades involved with each project. During each project, weekly safety meetings are held to ensure that our crews are operating in accordance with OSHA and safe working procedures. \n \nTo connect with us, visit us on Facebook, Twitter or Google + to read what others are saying about us. Leave your own review or let us know how we can serve you.

FAQs for wainscoting installation projects in Fort Worth, TX

Wainscoting is decorative paneling that covers the lower part of a wall for style and protection. Beadboard is a type of wainscoting made of long vertical planks with small raised beads between each board. You’ll see it on walls and ceilings when homeowners want added depth and charm. Both options work indoors or outdoors; beadboard pieces lock together with tongue-and-groove joints, while similar styles, such as shiplap, rely on a square rabbet joint.

The best rule of thumb for wainscoting is to stop the panels at about one-third of the wall height. In a room with a nine-foot ceiling, that’s roughly three feet up. Sticking to this ratio keeps the room balanced, lets plenty of wall color show above the trim, and delivers a polished, timeless look.

Wainscoting can make a room look smaller if the room has low ceilings. The same rule applies to wainscoting as it does to painting any space: to make the room look larger and more open, paint it a light color, such as white or cream. Since beadboard incorporates vertical lines in the paneling, this style of wainscoting is ideal for those wanting to make a room appear larger than it is.

Technically, you can panel any room, but wainscoting shines in open areas, such as a foyer or a tall-ceilinged bathroom. Skip it in small rooms with low ceilings—panels can make tight spaces feel boxed in. Open-concept layouts without clear stopping points along the walls are also tricky, as the trim requires a distinct beginning and end.

Removing existing wall panels before installing wainscoting involves distinct demolition efforts. The cost to hire a professional for demo work is $1.50 per square foot. If the underlying drywall requires replacement after panel removal, an additional fee of $1.60 to $2.35 per square foot is incurred. Completing these tasks properly ensures a sturdy foundation and a flawless finish.
