"I used them back in 2015 and was impressed with them. So I decided to use them again. I was quoted an hours worth of work. Then, when it came to the final bill, was charged for two hours worth of work, and this was with 2 men working the job. They were just replacing 3 pendant lights and 1 dining room light. So I was surprised and disappointed that it took that long. More importantly, one of the workers said something inappropriate to me. It made me feel very uncomfortable and afraid. So I called the owner to tell him what happened. He said he would speak to him. I felt like the owner could have taken me more seriously, been more sympathetic and apologetic about it. He made it sound like he was almost defending him. *** Update on this: The owner did speak with his crew member and said there was a misunderstanding of what he said and apologized for it. However, I know what I heard. Even to the end, it seemed like the owner was still defending him. Either way, I won't be using them again after my experience."

"Came out days prior to review and determine nature of repairs @ no charge. Returned, installed new outdoor generator and timer within minutes. Walked the property to determine and ensure all lighting was working before departure. Extremely professional. Completed new installation within record time. I am extremely grateful for the professional level of work performed. Phenomenal job!! "Jose and his crew at JP Landscaping Inc. are highly professional. I would recommend them to anyone. I needed a 500 sq foot wooden deck to be removed and a 600 sq foot flagstone patio, with a sitting wall, to be put in its place. Jose came out and gave me a free estimate. His estimate was highly competitive. JP Landscaping Inc. finished ahead of schedule and did beautiful work. During the process, Jose was responsive to all of my questions. I also appreciated that the crew would clean up my yard, after each day of work. I love my patio. I would hire JP Landscaping Inc. again if I needed to. The company also repaired a section of my fence that surrounds my backyard. The fence looks like new. They did a great job matching the replacement section to my existing fence. Upon completion of their work, I even asked them for quotes on additional projects, I liked them so much."

"We bought a fairly new home and with the exception of two lights on the garage and one at the front door, no real outside lighting. We chose to go with Neupen Lighting because of the positive online reviews theyâ ve received along with competitive pricing. A little more than a week ago they installed 4 low voltage led lights to illuminate columns on the front of the house, a flood light above a front awning, 2 lights onto both sides of the house, and a timer/control box inside the garage. We are happy with the aesthetically pleasing appearance; that the lights are not overpowering especially the side lights that provide a floodlight effect but again, arenâ t overpowering; and weâ re especially pleased with the added sense of security this provides. We were impressed with Nupenâ s workers who showed up on time; went about their job and even though it was lightly raining, finished with no issues; and finally, I was especially pleased that they were able to add two additional lights that I originally hadnâ t ordered. We have no reservations about recommending Nupen."

"Instead of just lighting the driveway he designed the lighting plan, picking particular trees to light to illuminate an aesthetic path up to the house.  The result is wonderful!  The lights on the walkway to the and deck are carefully positioned and the entire effect is wonderful.  I plan to have him back to do lights in the backyard as well.

"Excellent. This is our second time using Handyman at Your Command. We are very happy with their work and will schedule again for drywall, carpentry, light fixture replacement and other work. Tracy was excellent in scheduling the work to meet our needs. She is very quick to return calls and messages. Noel (the handyman assigned to us) did a great job. He is knowledgeable, efficient, professional and very pleasant to deal with. He advised us on the best and least costly way to conduct our repairs and them proceeded to complete the work without fuss. Pricing is fair and work quality is excellent. They arrived about 8am or a little after.  They went right to work and finished in about 1 1/2 hours.   They also gave me an estimate for some additional electrical sockets I want in the basement as I consider my options with renovating downstairs.  They also advised about some issues with old wiring that they found in the basement while fixing a light switch.  I was very happy with their work, their knowledge and professionalism.  I was also very satisfied with the service charge and was thrilled with how prompt they were in arrival and completing the job.  Thank you All American!
