Technicians from other HVAC companies looked at the units before - for the same issue - but NONE, absolutely NONE, was as thorough as Dennis. He showed me the amount of dirt inside the pump on the street level and said the unit needed "deep cleaning" and the capacitor needed to be replaced in the unit under the deck.
