"Our home needed a new roof and due to the age of the roof our insurance didn't cover the damage it had incurred over the years, as oppossed to those who get roofs for free after a hail storm. Jackson's was reccommended highly by friends and co-workers, although, they were one of the higher prices in town. They went out of their way to do the job right, especially when they found our porch columns were going to be to tall for the materials they had. They came up with a solution to bend a decorative design into a cap-peice for the columns to offset the seam that the extra material created.  They did one column for me to approve, before proceding with the rest.  I thought was very professional and a creative fix.  They have been back once to clean our gutters, which is something they do free of charge."
