I know, shame on me for agreeing to such an amount. We knew we were over spending, but... One month later, they simply cancelled the contract without explanation and without any work on the project. This contract was binding on us but, in their words, was not binding on them because "there's a clause in the fine print that allows them to cancel" THEY STILL HAVE OUR MONEY and I STILL NEED A ROOF Stay away from this company. The price was a little higher than other bids, but he presented the most professional ideas, demonstrated experience, and we were very confident with PVI. His crew was great, and they did a beautiful job. It was finished last November just before the weather got cold. We asked him back in the spring to trim up some of the concrete edges when were doing some landscaping and he came back out and finished it off. We are very happy with the work, and would definitely recommend."

Kelvin responded quickly and gave me an estimate to change all of the hardwood from carpet and added some work to the kitchen floor. The day of the project he said I would need to pay more money to change all the floors to hardwood on the 3rd level and charged me $500 for the work even though it was already included in the work scope. He left the floors behind the stove and refrigerator in the kitchen a complete mess and didn’t inform me that holes were left in the floor. The floor looked ten times before the work that was done leaving me wondering about the qualifications of his staff because what professional would do that and purposely hid bad work behind the appliances."
