"Overall, I had an outstanding experience with everyone from John Krause Construction. Their customer service was most impressive. They asked about and worked around my schedule, were all prompt, courteous and friendly, and showed a true desire to complete the work to my satisfaction. Their explanations of the work to be done and the time it would take were clear and accurate. They started the work in less than a week after I signed the contract, and completed it in a week. This was well beyond my expectations since a lot needed to be done, including drywall repair and painting some hard to reach areas, shingle repair, gutter cleaning, and concrete step repair. Their cost estimate was competitive and fair. There were a couple hiccups along the way, including matching the interior paint color and trouble with installing a door handle, but everything worked out ok. I would certainly hire them again for any general home repairs/improvements."

"We obtained several opinions and quotes, and decided to go with Mark and his team because they provided several solutions for the issue: 1) Install pipe underground that connected our sump pump output to a pop-up at the bottom of the yard, so that water from the sump pump could no longer saturate the lawn 2) plant topsoil and grass, so that the water had a place to go instead of just washing the mud down the hill, and 3) redo the concrete step at the base of our walkway with a gradient so that water would no longer collect there. All three solutions worked. We have since had two storms and our walkway has remained puddle and mud-free. Furthermore, Mark was very professional. Proactive communication, arrived on-time as expected. Called before he came by. Mark proved to be trustworthy, and followed-through on everything he said he would do. "Excellent. I really enjoyed meeting Eric. He and his staff were awesome from the very beginning. Everything was explained step by step and the workers were so polite and friendly, always smiling. Pouring concrete for a pathway or driveway can wreak havoc in your yard, but these guys were so meticulous and careful to only drive on my lawn and put dirt on my lawn. (I have a semi-detached home). They cleaned up everything nicely and even reseeded my grass where the track marks from the truck were. I have already contracted with GPRO for some additional landscaping. "Kevin showed up on time and was very knowledgeable and professional. We had a previous company, SPC, who would only come out when requested and weren’t very good. Problems they supposedly had resolved were not, but Kevin took the time to explain what he found and why the problem (mice) still existed. He put out traps and poisons to rid the mice, and immediately scheduled a follow up to ensure everything was taken care of and another just for maintenance. All covered under the service contract. Plus, if you use them for lawn care (also excellent service) as well the initial fee is waived."
