"I’m going to begin this review by saying, I have never hired someone to do a job on my house where I have been completely satisfied with the labor and the finished product. Until now. I just hired a company to remove my existing shingle roof and replace it. Not only is the finished product of excellent quality, but the technicians were extremely diligent in making sure everything was done with precision. The entire job even down to the clean up afterwards is outstanding…. I highly recommend Coxs Roofing and I will be using them whenever I need roofing work done. Oh! And they also had the best price quote out of three estimates I received. 1121 Roland Heights Ave. 21211"

"I thought Presidential did a good job replacing my roof. I thought the pricing was fair and the job was done from first contact with the company to finish in ~1 month. I would use them for home repair services again."

"Daniel and his partner installed new appliances and tile in my kitchen, I had new counter tops installed as well in my kitchen and master bathroom. I also used John Krause for a repair to my shed from water damage again Daniel and his partner did an excellent job for me. Very please with Daniel and his work. I believe Daniel is a sub-contractor for John Krause, but none the less in my opinion he did really good work and communicated with every step of the way."

"I couldn't have been more pleased with Charm City Roofing. Home repairs, especially roof repairs were something I dreaded to think about. My experience with Charm City Roofing changed all of that. Starting with my point of contact Mac who did a WONDERFUL job explaining the process and providing a comprehensive step by step of how the installation of my replacement roof would be completed. My home currently has solar panels which needed to be removed before the installation of the new roof could begin, due to the slow response from the solar company this took over 4 months! Dispite this headache, while waiting for the removal the Charm City Roofing Team checked in with me periodically, maintained my tentative install date and continually assured me they would get the job done. The roof was completed as promised and I couldn't be more happy, the installers showed up on time! roof was completed in one business day! (Again as promised) Yard was cleaned up Completely of every material."

"I called this company for a tile roof repair, and the service was outstanding. Quick response, efficient work, and my roof is back to its original condition."

"It was great. You can tell that they were master carpenter and did good tile work. They were super professional and I will definitely recommend and used them again."

"Job was to widen driveway and replace area with chipping cement. Assessment was thorough and priced comparatively. Crewed was punctual, efficient and courteous. Job was completed on schedule. I highly recommend Skyline services and would used their services again (next assignment already lined up). I’m very pleased."

"after scheduling online I called to ensure they did the kind of work I needed. They said yes. Tech showed up, very prompt and polite. I showed him the work, said the company didn't do this sort of work. May be very good for normal roof work, but don't call for special needs"

"They were very polite and professional. Work was done the same day. The roof leaks were found and corrected. It wasn't necessary to replace the whole roof, I had additional gutter work done and it came with a guarantee. Thank you."

"I was really impressed with Peter Forrest, a small family owned business, and how they treated us. Several other things were discovered upon first inspection on the roof and they shows us pictures and gave us a recommendation. Once they opened, there was a problem with nails popping out from the roof replacement in 2018 (that company is now out of business). There was a complete diagnosis of the entire roof and some more work needed to be added once the shingles on the trouble spots were removed. showed us the pictures every time. Peter was honest at all times and gave us a very reasonable price for the work to be done. I liked the was business was conducted and the workmanship. The roof is now ready for another ice storm - "We now have a solid roof over our head". The quality of work is excellent and they treated us like family. Communication was excellent. I'm definitely calling them next time for additional work in the future. I rate them A+++"
