"My garage door?s cable/spring broke. I called ABC garage door and they arranged for a technician, Danny Sligo, to make an assessment and have it fixed. He did an outstanding work, quickly and clean. He explained what he was going to do and completed the work in 30 minutes. Highly recommended."

"We have only had the windows for a couple of months so we cannot comment on the quality of the windows or reductions in heating/cooling cost.
However, the buying process was painless. Albert Hoffman, the sales rep was very courteous. He respected our time, asked us what we wanted and showed only 3 models. He did not insist that everyone in the household be present, did not try to get us to buy more expensive windows, and more so importantly did not come up with any of the ridiculous ?today only? prices. When we told him we were expecting more sales people, all he asked was that we give an opportunity to match the lowest price. When we were ready to buy, he gave me a price over the phone (did not insist on coming down again) and emailed all the other
documents.
The installation was complete in 2 days. Eric and Dan cleaned up after themselves on both days. When they were done at the end of the day, there was no sign anyone had been working on the exterior. The grid in one of the window was a little crooked, Chris Grimes, the general manager who came down for an inspection after the work was done immediately placed an order for a new
window. Eric and Dan came back the next week to replace the pane and touch up the caulking in a few places.
All in all, it was a pleasant experience. Everyone we spoke to from Chris, the general manager down, were very pleasant and helpful. Albert, the sales rep, was a pleasant surprise from sales rep at other companies. He respected our time and the fact that we had a fixed budget. He answered all our questions and did not push for an immediate sales at any point.

John, the technician, provided a thorough analysis of what was wrong with my door, and gave me three repair options to choose from. The other 2 companies to give me bids only spoke of the immediate problem with the door, not taking into account that the system operating it was over 20 years old. Had I chosen either of them, my door would have been operational, but because of its age, would no doubt be in need of additional service a few years down the road. While Elite's bid was the highest, I feel confident that I made the best choice in hiring them to repair my garage door. Not only was John professional, polite, and punctual, he very patiently explained the purpose and function of all the new hardware he installed, as well as how to keep the garage door opening and closing smoothly for years to come.
