"The install team was a father and son. Mario, the owner, was a nice man who delivered on his promise. Everything from the estimate to the time to complete was accurate. The workers worked very fast but with good quality. They showed up on time and worked past 5 pm. They installed flooring in the entire house in about two and a half days. "Excellent work! Luciano and Ricardo were responsive and knowledgeable throughout the entire process. They were prompt when coming over to measure. They gave me several samples to take home and then more samples until we wound up with exactly what we were looking for. Only two weeks after placing the order, four very nice installers showed up ON TIME and did a magnificent job with the floors and baseboards. I was concerned it might be a challenge because of the shape of the room and the location of the closets and height of the hallway tile. It was no problem for these masters. "Excellent Customer Service, Sales, Installation and Repair!!!! Highly recommend their services. We had what we thought was a small leak from our dishwasher which damaged a few of our wood laminate floor tiles. Jaime had a couple of guys out right away to pull up the flooring to assess the damage. Turns out the water ran under those wood tiles and we had to have most of our kitchen flooring pulled up. Jaime was very knowledgeable in assisting us finding a high quality replacement for the flooring as our existing flooring was no longer available anywhere, and matching it up would have been almost impossible, given it was in the main area of the house. He found us waterproof hard vinyl tile flooring that looked like real stone that was environmentally friendly. Jerry and his assistant did an amazing job installing the flooring. Our kitchen floor looks beautiful, is durable, and the quality of the flooring meets our high standards."
