And they agreed to install a missing baseboards and all process was completed as well. They provide you with the pictures of the future floor materials you want to be installed in your home prior the installation and how it will look in your home/rooms, so that you can see it right away if it suits you or not, what allows you to pick a better option, on my opinion. "Excellent Customer Service, Sales, Installation and Repair!!!! Highly recommend their services. We had what we thought was a small leak from our dishwasher which damaged a few of our wood laminate floor tiles. Jaime had a couple of guys out right away to pull up the flooring to assess the damage. Turns out the water ran under those wood tiles and we had to have most of our kitchen flooring pulled up. Jaime was very knowledgeable in assisting us finding a high quality replacement for the flooring as our existing flooring was no longer available anywhere, and matching it up would have been almost impossible, given it was in the main area of the house. He found us waterproof hard vinyl tile flooring that looked like real stone that was environmentally friendly. Jerry and his assistant did an amazing job installing the flooring. Our kitchen floor looks beautiful, is durable, and the quality of the flooring meets our high standards."
