Vince was very honest and transparent, and he showed me his license and insurance which many other contractors were hesitant. I had a major concrete damage in my backyard done by another contractor which was a flood risk to my home and Vince from Gravity Builders came in and transformed my nightmare backyard into a beautiful haven-From ugly duckling into a beautiful swan. "It went great, in fact better than we were expecting! Sam came out to our home exactly when he said he would be there and gave us an estimate that was in line with other estimates we had received. He was very thorough in explaining all the steps they would take to ensure we got a great product and answered all the questions we had. The crew arrived the following Monday to start the work; the workers were personable, knew exactly what they were doing and asked questions to make sure the project was exactly as we requested. Very hard workers, finished that afternoon and left the site clean and neat. All the debris was removed and disposed of.
