"Let me start by saying I seldom write reviews for any company and even less often feel a company deserves the highest rating. However, in this case I do think Maritime Roofing performed over and above what most companies would have done and definitely deserves a 5-star rating. I was naturally concerned about how to best select a roofing company since it isn't possible to observe the work or even evaluate how well it has been done. But I felt reassured by the thoroughness of the initial evaluation/estimate and seeing the drone footage of what needed to be done helped put my mind at ease. Although my initial inquiry was only for a new roof, having the same company paint as well proved to be a great decision. I'd also like to compliment both the roofing crew and the painters. They were all great to work with, neat, timely, kept me informed and went out of their way with extra touches that I wouldn't have even thought to ask about. "Great! Our flat roof was pooling water and our traditional part of the roof had no ventilation. Eugene's crew came to complete repairs. The crew of 4 arrived right on time at 8 am, they began disassembling part of the roof while materials arrived from Eugene, the owner. The worked all day and were done around 3:30 pm. I asked if I could go on the roof and see what they did and Florindo, the lead of the crew, gave me the run through of what they did. Then they cleaned up the whole job and left with the waste for the day. The crew was great and Eugene went out of his way to make sure the job was done right, he came and inspected the roof work about after the crew left."

"Metropolitan Roofing did our roof last Oct./Nov., and I can't say enough good things about this company, starting with the owner, Clint. We got several bids, and went with Metropolitan, as they did our neighbor's roof several years ago and they recommended them; but it was Clint's upfront integrity, knowledge of the product, and clear guidance in the whole process that sold us. These qualities have obviously been instilled in his crew, and his office staff; their response to our questions/concerns throughout this whole process was handled right away, either by them, or by Clint himself. We also had two skylights replaced by them when the roof was done, and they did a brilliant job; they also specialize in skylights, and again, Clint was quite knowledgeable in both the products and the process of installing them, as was his crew. In spite of the rainy periods, our roof was done in a timely fashion, and without any glitches! We are thrilled with our new roof, and I would very highly recommend Metropolitan Roofing!"
