"FANTASTIC! PHENOMENAL! AWESOME! Dave arrived earlier than the scheduled appointment and, because we have a weird sense of humor, we told him to wait outside until the appointed time but, of course we let him in and he laughed. He has a great sense of humor, courteous, friendly and very thorough. He placed doorway protectors so his hoses wouldn't scratch the molding. It's been 3 years since we had our rugs cleaned (not by Dave) and when Dave finished (even though the rugs are still damp), the area and runner rugs we purchased 10 years ago look like they are brand new. The bedroom rugs (which were there when we purchased the home) also look so good, we don't want to walk on them! We HIGHLY RECOMMEND OVER THE TOP CLEANING! We DEFINITELY will hire again!"

"It breaks my heart to write this. We have used Liberty Air for 10yrs for both our business and home air units. They have always been without issue. I called them out about 4 or 5 days ago and they said he didn't know why it wasn't working but he said there was water in the pan, so the drains maybe needed cleaned. Well, $500 later, it just isn't working. So I call them out again. The second guy catches it within a min literally of being there. He said both our units had hair clogged in both and they really needed done. Well that'll be an additional $900. I was extremely upset. I didn't have the first $500 more less an additional $900. The only thing they offered was not to charge the service fee to come out that second time. I am furious. We have been VERY loyal and we are honest people. I wasn't expecting free $900 worth of work, however to not even admit fault or offer any discount for the work they should've done and caught day 1 day one is unacceptable. I am a small business and when we are in the wrong we make it right. Do not trust these people."

"Took us four days to get an appointment for Total Comfort to fix our air conditioning unit in this incredible heat of an average of 88 - 93 per day. Finally very excited when they told us this morning (saturday) that a technician would be here between two and four pm. Technician never showed up! I called 3 times requesting an update as to when the technician would arrive?and never even had the courtesy of a return phone call! If you call after hours, it goes to a call center somewhere in the United States! I called another company, 1 Hour AirConditioning in Daytona Beach, Fl. and they will be here tomorrow. Not only will they be here but texted me the info! Total Comfort kiss our 15 year old relationship goodbye! And Jason, you need to up your game."
