They did the original roof in 2000... and again in 2008 as the owners had to replace all the duct work so they removed the roof to do that job. Facts a new homeowner should know!"

"<p>When we wanted guttering installed 3 years ago, we did extensive research and discovered that all, or most, of the listed installers bought their guttering from this company. So, best to go to the source. We also discovered that for S. Florida you need the jumbo sized gutters, as anything smaller can't handle the storms we get here. Most of the other installers did not carry the largest size, as I understand that they would need special equipment to handle and cut the lengths.</p> <p>Rutland passed us over to their sister company, Premier Guttering (Pompano Beach) to make a quote and do the job. The initial job was around $1,050 3 years ago and the add on bit this past April was $350.</p> <p>At the appointed time, their truck showed up with large rolls of flat aluminum. Their machine rolled and shaped the required lengths.</p> <p>They did an excellent job installing the big guttering and despite all the heavy rain we have seen here, there has never been an overflow or leak. I do believe this is the best guttering you can get in S. Florida. When we had the add on, we were expecting them to cut an existing section and tap the new part in, but they insisted on replacing the original length, so there would be no joints.</p> <p>If you have a house down here and need new guttering - get the proper sized gutters!</p> <p>Just to be clear, I understand that Rutland makes the aluminum rolls and Premier is their local sister company in S. "We obtained 5 estimates before making our decision to go with BGS Renovations.  Theirs was neither the highest nor the lowest priced estimate.  They seemed to understand the vision I had to refurbish my 30+ year old kitchen with something that brought it into the 21st century, while knowing I had a budget of $15,000.00 I had to adhere to.  Their fee was the biggest portion of the budget, coming in at $5,200.00......and well worth every penny!   They completed the entire renovation in 3 weeks!!!! <br /> We appreciated the fact that Gary and Norm arrived each morning on time, worked throughout the day without a lot of "down time".  They were professional and pleasant to have in our home.  They cleaned up the kitchen area each and every day before they left.  The garage area became the "work shop" and "storage area" during the renovation so it was impossible to clean the garage every day, although they picked up after themselves as much as they could.  We had a lot of rain during this time, but they were still able to get the cabinet doors and drawers spray painted and installed within their time frame. <br /> We were amazed at the skills they possess.....electrical, plumbing, carpentry, painting, tile work, cabinetry.  We feel that we were very fortunate to have chosen these two young men to make our kitchen from old and tired to new and beautiful.  We highly recommend these two gentlemen and their company and look forward to having them back to do other projects in the near future,"

"AMC did an excellent job in a timely fashion. The job included re-roofing of entire house plus a second detached garage. Their price was competitive with other estimates that I had. Estimator/inspector was good at explaining technical details of what needed to be done. A large amount of damaged wood sheathing underneath the old shingles needed replacing as they discovered. Their crew worked until after dark every day in order to meet schedule. My only concern was with minor damage to concrete driveway done by their supplier's heavy truck dropping off materials. Layout of my yard made this problem unavoidable."

"Great! These guys were very professional and hardworking. They kept me posted how on how the repair was progressing, and took time to explain and demonstrate to me how their system was working on my house. Travis, Randall, and the rest of the crew are clearly good at their trade, and showed great care stabilizing the foundation without creating more problems. They also even began the job a day earlier than the salesman had hinted might be the start date, in this crazy time of supply and labor shortages. Exceeded my expectations! In the unlikely event I would need another house foundation repaired, I'd call them again."
