John kept me informed as to when he would begin work and after he started what he was finding as he went along, and options as needed. "Devin of Mikku & Sons Roofing, came to my home in Glendale, Az yesterday afternoon (6/28/2023) and did an inspection of my roof on my 2 story house. He found about 10 tiles that were cracked, 2 corner tiles that were missing, & one place where there was a large enough gap for rain to do damage. He also found several tiles that were loose & about to fall off the edges. His price: $375, which I felt was fair. He did part of the work yesterday & finished it up this morning. I could have probably done the repairs myself, but I doubt that I would have done as good a job as he did, because roofing is not my line of work, & when it comes to a roof, if you have any leaks, you could end up with costly damages. I found Devin to be sincere & honest, dependable, & concerned. He was up-front about his price and did not try to nickel & dime me out of any more money. I recommend Mikku & Sons Roofing highly."
