He did a complete evaluation including taking pictures of the problem area and gave me a very complete explanation/estimate of what needed to be done. We ended up needing repairs in 2 areas of our tile roof and on our 2 flat patio roofs, as well as replacing some rotted wood. John kept me informed as to when he would begin work and after he started what he was finding as he went along, and options as needed. He even sanded and repainted the trim along the back of our house as part of the repair to the patio roofs - very thorough & high quality work! I'm very pleased with the end result and will bring him back for yearly inspections!"

"She is good but I think the price is something you guys set so that you get a portion of that course and the person that does the service gets a portion.  I think that's a little too high.  I mean if you don't need much, as far as minor repairs,  you're paying out a hundred and fifty bucks for someone to just look at your roof and I have a fairly small house so the alternative would be for me to just set up an inspection for another roof company.  That has nothing to do with service that the person that came out for Sunset Valleywide Roofing.  You don't know quite what your getting with that kind of service.   "
