He did a complete evaluation including taking pictures of the problem area and gave me a very complete explanation/estimate of what needed to be done. We ended up needing repairs in 2 areas of our tile roof and on our 2 flat patio roofs, as well as replacing some rotted wood. John kept me informed as to when he would begin work and after he started what he was finding as he went along, and options as needed. He even sanded and repainted the trim along the back of our house as part of the repair to the patio roofs - very thorough & high quality work!
