"I am very pleased with the service I received from Zona Floors. I hired them to remove carpet from my primary bedroom and replace it with “wood-look” tile. I had a great experience from beginning to end. Everyone involved in my project were great. Tom the owner, Audrey the salesperson, Ray the installer and Abraham head of installation, were all hands on, responsive, and professional. Audrey presented (via her laptop) a visual of how my floor could look with various tile options. Once I decided to move forward, the communication was consistent and timely. I received email and text messages throughout the entire project. I signed the contract, made the deposit and final payment with ease. The transactions were all handled electronically. "The new shower is beautiful. Tile floor to ceiling, new glass door. Works very well. Not only did they do a great job, they were able to provide quite a bit of helpful advice before the job started (their advice made the end result better)."

"It didn't go at all. Total lack of input and service. Estimator Dave was to show up on Wednesday at 1 PM to give us an estimate on installing kitchen countertops. He texted me at 12:31 and said he was hung up on another job, and couldn't make it, but if I sent him photos of the kitchen he would send me an estimate. That was Wednesday. I sent 9 photos of a very simple installation job (we already have the countertops). Thursday, I texted him again at 12:30 and asked if he could send the estimate to my email. He never has responded to either text. I sent email to the company as a response to their office manager, she never responded. On Friday, I sent emails to company both vial gmail and via Angi messaging, no response as of Saturday at 2:30 PM. I can't call, as my business is often in a very loud enviornment and hard to talk. They literally ghosted me and haven't have the most basic level of service to even contact me to say they are too busy for new jobs, or they aren't going to make enough on this job and it's not worth their time, or any other reason. They just vanished. I would never, and have never, treated my clients this way."

"Cook Remodeling converted my carport to a garage and they did a wonderful job. They made sure everything was perfect and I ended up with a beautiful addition to my home. I worked with Jeff Cook and from our initial meeting, to his estimate, and all the way through construction I felt that he was listening to what I wanted while also sharing his expertise. Everyone that worked at my house, both Cook Remodeling employees and their subcontractors, were professional and treated me with respect. They always were considerate of my needs and they cleaned up at the end of every day. I would definitely work with Cook Remodeling again."
