"I just want to forward to you the name and contact information of a drywall repair company that did an outstanding job for us. We have a raised ceiling in our family room/kitchen that slopes downward to the rear of the house. The paper tape where the flat ceiling meets the sloping ceiling failed and looked terrible. I contacted several independents and companies for quotes for the repair and settled in on The Patch Boys owned by Blake Smith. I wanted a contractor that does drywall repairs 100% of the time. What impressed me is his honesty and approach to both the quoting and work process. He responded immediately to my request for a quote. Considering our age, he suggested that he would be happy to come in with his technician to move furniture out of the way. When they showed up, they put drop cloths down from the front door all the way throughout the work area and covered any exposed area in the kitchen, ceiling fan and family room with plastic protective sheeting. They used flex tape instead of regular paper tape and applied 3 coats of mud to make sure the job would look good and last. His technician, Vega (30 years of wallboard experience), also fixed up several other minor ceiling cracks not included in the original quote….at no additional cost. They did a good job of painting the finished repair with 2 coats, cleaned up afterward and helped move furniture back in place. Both Blake and Vega were respectful, polite and friendly throughout the entire process. "Can’t say enough good things about this team. Not only do they do excellent work (I am very picky and don’t say excellent often), they are the ultimate professionals. Arrive on time, keep things clean (which is very hard when removing popcorn), regularly communicate status and timeframes, and work hard. Literally couldn’t ask for anything more. Originally, we only asked them to remove the wallpaper and popcorn ceiling. Once we saw how good their work was, we asked them to repair some drywall in another area and do some painting. Highly recommend and would absolutely hire again. You can’t go wrong with David and his team."

Albert?s man came in at 9:30am.  He had the wallpaper and the glue removed by noon, the walls patched (my walls didn?t need much patching) and primed by 2:30pm and the main coat of paint completed by 4:00pm.  He didn?t hesitate when I asked him to also paint/freshen up the trim.  He even walked in with trim paint in his hand and asked about it before I asked.  He did a fantastic job that I refuse to do myself and I do a lot of my own home repair and upgrading.  He covered my new cabinets and countertops to protect them.  He cleaned everything and left no mess of any kind.



I highly recommend Albert?s team of good hard workers that take the time to do the job right and attention to detail.  I?ll be calling them back in a few months to repaint my entire family room.  Thank you Albert for the great job.
