"came on time and completed the repair - very pleased"

"I was very pleased with the service and workmanship I received from Modern Stair. Michael was very professional and responsive throughout the process of choosing the materials and the installation of our railings. I would feel comfortable using them again and recommending their services for stair and railing projects."

"Kyle came out and repaired our iron gate that was dragging on our driveway. He did a great job."

"They did a nice job of contacting me for purposes of the bid, and then getting the work done on the seams. I have not yet been able to see if the repair and patch worked given no rain yet, but expect they did a nice job. Will update after we verify this patching job worked!"

"Kyle is an unbelievably talented welder. He was professional, showed up on time like his company name suggests, and repaired the cracks in my aluminum pontoon better than what I could have imagined . Great experience. Highly recommended if you need a reliable, talented, fair-rate welder in the area. Thanks Kyle! We will be in touch."
