On 10/16/2025, Corey and Marlon installed a fantastic new gate in my backyard in Merritt Island, and the experience was nothing short of exceptional. This gate connects my backyard to my neighbor’s, making it super convenient for them to pop over and enjoy my pool without me needing to unlock the front-to-back yard gates. Corey and Marlon’s expertise was outstanding—they pinpointed the perfect spot for the gate, set it at just the right height to clear my neighbor’s pavers, and designed the self-closing mechanism to open toward their yard, ensuring it’s sturdy enough to handle their large dogs jumping on it. The gate works like a dream, automatically closing and latching securely every time. They even provided a set of keys, which we don’t need now but will be a lifesaver if my neighbors have kids in the future, allowing us to lock the gate for safety when adults aren’t around. I’ve managed my fair share of much larger commercial construction projects so I’m well aware of the quality and performance spectrum one might encounter with any contractor. I can honestly say that I don’t remember a project that went this smoothly. Joel was a pleasure to deal with, his crew knew the assignment and executed well, and they were all responsive when I had questions or suggestions about the project. "The work was of good quality. Tracy Roberts and Jordan Albright were courteous and easy to work with. The work started immediately, on Feb. 26, and the rest was done by agreement between pre-scheduled jobs. Due to rainy days and Tracy being short-handed, there were some communication problems. The work was completed on March 22nd or 23rd."

"I am very disappointed with this company. We had seven windows installed with only one installer. Sam was on his phone most of the time while doing the job. My understanding is that Sam, the installer, is a subcontractor. He had trouble with one of the windows and cracked our marble window sill in two places. He informed me that we signed a paper indicating Window World is not responsible for minor damages of window sills, etc. I contacted Window World and a representative was sent. The representative, Misty, agreed with me, but the company won’t repair it. I obtained a price of $1,750 from one contractor to replace the sill. I don’t consider this minor damage. I am so happy that only one sill was cracked. The county inspector failed the inspection due to missing screws. Misty came back and said the screws were fine and informed me the county inspector would return. I emailed the company regarding the inspection and received no reply. I called to ask when the county inspector would return and an appointment was set up. They also sent another Window World representative, Joe, to come before the inspection to check for missing screws. Joe did a good job and installed missing screws. The inspection passed so I was the able to put the window sash stops in place. However, when I did, I discovered that one of the stops does not cover a large gap. I am done trying to get satisfaction from this company, so I give up on notifying Window World. I would think twice before using this company."
