"Lance and his company was most professional and courteous before we even committed to an install. Once we scheduled an install, it was well executed and looked and worked great. Training was done by a superb trainer that our dog took to immediately. You can tell they care about their profession as well as the animal. A year later, damage was done by a third party. Lance himself showed up promptly on a holiday weekend to fix the fence and save our weekend. I can't recommend Lance's Hidden Fencing enough. A+ job."

"Robb was awesome! When I called to schedule, he asked a lot of questions to help me choose the best fence for my dog. He arrived when scheduled - and did not ask for a four hour window to arrive! We walked the yard 2x to make sure I liked the placement and to discuss all the utility markings. I have an older home and many of the wires that should have be buried much lower than an invisible fence wire would be buried, are not. Robb was very careful, hand shoveling a lot, to make sure that no wires where cut. The cuts through my cement were precision and sealed very well. The spot were the wire was brought into my garage was completed with PCV pipe to be both esthetically pleasing as well as protective of the wire. "I contact EME Fencing in early September. Mary Anne was very polite and said the estimator, Ron, would call back. Ron called the same day and came to the house within two days to provide an estimate. He recommended solid steel railing versus the hollow square tubing that had deteriorated. Very personable, Ron listened to my thoughts regarding the redesign of the railing and offered some very good suggestions for recycling some of the decor pieces and the layout options. We agreed that this was a 'small job' and that he would try to fit it in when in the area. I did not hear from Ron for a couple of weeks so I called his offices. I was told I would get a return call, but did not. On the third attempt I was connected to Ron and an appointment was set for the following Friday morning. On Friday morning Ron arrives on time, followed by Doug the welder. We reviewed the plan for the day and Ron said Doug would take care the railing installation. To say the least, Doug was amazing! He didn't rush the job. He measured in detail. He recommended drilling a new hole for a support post as the concrete was beginning to crack where the old boring had been made. He then bored the railing holes, cut the steel and proceed to install the new railing, filling the bored holes with a sealant. Doug did a superb job. He even repaired a crack in the concrete step that he felt would get worse during freeze and thaw cycles. I know my job was 'small' but he treated it as if it was the only job he had to complete. It's because of his attention to detail and his craftsmanship that I rated EME as high as I did. I am very pleased with the work performed and the price paid. I want to note that, other than client services follow-up skills, this is a very nice company to work with. I selected them as an Angie's List referral. In one of the comments made I read that another subscriber had some of the same difficulties but was quite satisfied with the amount paid and the quality of work performed. I selected the company based on the good reports, and was prepared to address the negative parts. I'm glad I did."

"The team at Frisby provides the customer with a high quality product at a very affordable price. I visited the showroom in the wintertime and picked out shingles. They informed me that they would install my roof in early spring. They emailed/texted me consistently to let me know that they were still on track to install my roof. The team installed my roof in one day! This included the house, front and back porch as well as the garage. They removed all old shingles and debris from my property. They did not damage my property or landscaping in any way. I came home to a brand new roof. They removed all unused/ extra roofing materials from my property and sent these items back to the manufacturer. I was not charged for materials that were not used. Since the installation, the company has called me several times to verify that I am satisfied with the roof. They sent an inspector to my home to ensure that the roof was installed correctly. I had a great experience!"

"I really liked this company, however there is a very well-known fence company in town...they came within a competitive margin and threw in a few other things which were important to me...What I liked about them is they gave me a great referral for a surveyor...I did hire his company...Eric Arnold Surveyor...competitive price, arrived early and explained everything...I had just bought the house which is on an odd lot...all worked out very well. Make sure to ask for the cash price. <br />"
