He sent workers, but checked on their work and noticed a few things that could be tidied up better. They replaced only the boards that needed it, and we feel very confident that the roof will last. "The work was completed; however, it took 6 months from start to finish. During the process a QA inspector checked the job. This required the installer to return to finish a few items that were missed. The QA inspector returned a few weeks later. The night before he arrived a brand new leak started. He did not offer any resolution.  I called the original estimator and he came back, identified the issue and fixed it during that visit."
